WOOO! yay!
Good luck brit.
Today was just another day.
Today I got a practically free drink. What should have cost me $1.25 only cost .25, because someone had left a stray dollar in the machine. :3 _________________ Keeper of Gaia and all the books on Earthsong

Love it when that happens ^_^
Also WOOT! to Britty's news of novelty and good luck!
Today I prodded buttock at Murderball (like water polo but with no rules) and got 4 goals in 2 minutes ^_^ _________________ He who does not eat cheese will go mad. ~ French proverb.

Murderball? Isn't that the soccer game for quadriplegics where they deck their wheelchairs out in weaponry and armor? _________________ Keeper of Zaebos' and Jormand's powers.

Today is a day I would like to forget. Right now my car is stuck in a parking garage and I am hoping it will still be there in the morning. _________________ Dubbed "Cher" by Asa

Fingers crossed for you Cherynic...
Today is the start of my weekend, so I decided to undertake a project Ive been avoiding for a while now, and see if I can repair my old laptop. Its power socket is bust, and I knew that to get to it I was going to have to disassemble a fair bit of the componentry to get to it..(anyone old enough to remember them may insert "Johnny 5" gags here)
Fast forward two hours. (Long enough to in fact watch "Short circuit")
To get to the power socket, I in fact had to completely disassemble the entire laptop. And I mean everything. I have a whole bunch of what basically amounts to spare parts right now, lots of containers of teeny tiny little screws, and the nagging feeling that I'm only about 70% certain I can put the silly thing back together again. My sole consolation is that I was correct about the power socket, the rear solder joint was cracked and would have only been working intermittently.
Also, today I was asked nicely by my remaining flatmate if her boyfriend could move in, which I dont have a problem with. Hopefully this works out better than the last time.
Today I have cookies, hot chocolate and some sci-fi DVD's, yay! _________________ If it's not on fire, it's a software problem

Disassemble? No disassemble!
Today it seems that I am losing weight. This is not good. Two more kilos and I'll be dangerously underweight. >_< |

Today, I got the contracts through for my new house rental. Today, I have no means of printing them out, cos I already packed up my printer paper >.< And today, I'm having to sort out money, cos the landlord seems to have a slightly different idea of the money he's supposed to be due than was on the advertising when we agreed to take the place. Should be sort-able. Watch this space.
Also today, I'm cleaning my old flat. Or I'm supposed to be, but instead, I'm trying to get this frikkin rent sorted. _________________ Keeper of Tristram's rings, and Felucca's very expressive ears. |

Today I have been productive.
Today I cleaned my flat, fixed my spare bed, cooked a meal for four people and got all my food shopping done. All this is in preparation for my best friend coming to stay for a while. WOOT! I can't wait. It's gonna be so nice to see her again. She's like a sister to me
Today I hope you can get your car back Cher, I tell Tam to eat more cookies, I hope Space's flat gets sorted ok and I poodle Shiny's boss for making her hide. _________________ He who does not eat cheese will go mad. ~ French proverb.

today I am checking back in. I wonder if people remember me...
it's been pretty crazy. I just got the cast of my arm a few weeks ago, and now I'm on crutches. Anyone want to venture a guess? no, don't bother.
so, if I have time later, I'll give everyone the whole load of info. not that anyone sane would want to hear what's happening in Ponce's crazy life.
