The main thing that concerns me when it comes to blind people and computers is how much is increasingly being done through GUIs that don't translate well into text. Website readers and the like are awful. Useable mind you, but awful. I vaguely remember - though I may be mistaken - that the audio industry lost a lot of blind people when the switched over to a more computer based style, which this brings to mind.

Mmm, Braille. IIRC literacy in that regard correlates highly with subsequent employment opportunities even today.

Well, I'm not sure if he's a good leader, but he seems to have some good/interesting ideals. Maybe I'm just bitter and cynical, and gladly willing to have a break from the wealthy aristocracy we get here in the 'States.
